together due to URL equals contract. Using string representation to

Kai Boernert 00f5068483 raceingEventService is not responsible for the AnniversaryDeterminator 
(lifecycle wise). The anniversaries piggyback on the
RemoteSailingServerSet scheduling, instead of using a seperate own
Scheduler
