- Fixed spacing for small screens
- Fixed header text orientation

bug5773: decoupled feature list rendering from hard coded feature line definitions.
...
- Now all features are configured by a key stored to depending plan category (enum). For each feature we need an entry in SubscriptionPlan.PlanCategory constructor and labels for name, description and url (optional filled with a link to further details about the feature). The rendering is done automatically and in the order of definition.

- Title is now vertically aligned and column width is optimized not to have a table width that forced to scroll horizontal.
