Adjusting the way we're motifying race log event listeners that trigger external calls (like the one for tractrac). Now making sure that TracTrac also gets notified if there is any pass change. Also going back to using analyzers because these will deliver reliable information and avoid duplicates. Added error messages to notify admin if the analyzer did not find anything in the race log.

Fixing the nasty bug with strange buoy names the right way: TracTrac now produces a property called P[1,2].Name that can be read by the MetadataParser. This fixes the bug without having to introduce that much magic (that also broke many other things)

Fixed a nasty bug where names of marks were not matching the ones

configured in the TracTrac administration console. This bug hit the
racecommittee hard because creation of a course has been almost
impossible.
The solution is to make sure that single marks are created before the
corresponding gate. This avoids having strangely named marks created
upon gate initialization.
This commit also introduces hashCode for all mark and gate related
implementation. This is to ensure that only the Id is hashed because
this is the only really reliable base for object identity. It also
matches the semantics of getOrCreateMark(Serializable id).
