bug5900: For all entry points with starter label 'SAP Sailing Analytics' and 'Loading, please wait...' message the noscript tag is moved behind title element and is including now a short description about the Sailing Analytics to force Google bot to grab these texts instead of 'Loading, please wait...'. They are usually not shown but in case of missing JS it looks pretty fine and give the user additionally some nice information, what he is missing if he don't turn on JavaScript.
