Steffen Schaefer aaa6bae58a Updated the *.launch configs to avoid unintended automatic changes when 
changing branches in Eclipse
Classic DM configs are now all set to automatically choose free ports.
To make port forwarding on SDM work correctly when debugging on e.g.
Android, static ports (9876, 9875, 9874 are configured for all SDM
configs.

Steffen Schaefer 85564e62bc Ensuring consistent, conflict-free ports for the GWT UI launch configs 
and added missing DM launch config for Security UI. This should fix
unintended outgoing changes that are caused by Eclipse touching the

Steffen Schaefer afa59fd1ce SailingNotificationService is now being stopped when RacingEventService 
changes to replication state. In addition, an empty implementation of
SailingNotificationService is used to ensure that notification mails
will never be send on a replica.
