Steffen Schaefer 68dbc2f227 Bug 5085: Added optionalImageURL property to CourseConfigurationBase to 
ensure that the image URL is always included in the serialized document
built from a course template. In addition this allows to add the image
URL to CourseBase, too.

Steffen Schaefer 9010ea3698 Bug 5085: Introduced CourseConfigurationBase as intermediate 
implementation of CourseConfiguration. This will be used to distinct
different cases when referencing IsMarkRole or MarkRole objects in the
CourseConfiguration model.

Steffen Schaefer 3f44fc97c2 Bug 5085: Introduced IsMarkRole as type to reference existing MarkRoles 
as well as MarkRoleNames which are meant as MarkRoles to be saved. This
will be needed to represent MarkRoles that aren't saved yet when
deserializing a CourseConfiguration
