This fixes parts of the performance problem. Now it's about increasing concurrency again.

interims commit, uncompilable, moving towards distinguishing WindSource and WindSourceType
...
The problem I'm trying to solve is this: there may be multiple WindSource objects for the
same WindSourceType. Example: EXPEDITION where each sensor shall produce a WindTrack of its own.
Similarly, there may be manually-entered and REST-provided WEB tracks.
