interims commit, uncompilable, moving towards distinguishing WindSource and WindSourceType
...
The problem I'm trying to solve is this: there may be multiple WindSource objects for the
same WindSourceType. Example: EXPEDITION where each sensor shall produce a WindTrack of its own.
Similarly, there may be manually-entered and REST-provided WEB tracks.

Introduced WindWithConfidence; use Scalable* classes instead of Pair/Triple as scalable values in interfaces;
...
I extracted some of the Scalable... classes into public standalone classes so I could use them in
ScalableWind. This made it obvious that these classes can easily be used instead of the more
cumbersome Pair<Double, Double> or Triple<Double, Double, Double> types for the scalable value type
argument. Subsequently this required adjustments to a few tests.

avoid explicit cast to Double in Mongo persistence adapters; cast to Number instead and use doubleValue();
...
this should fix issues with wind databases after export/import where it seems that an exported even double
value is imported again as an Integer object instead of the Double that it originally was written as.
