Steffen Schaefer 13bd2f8afb Bug 4429: Resolved a concurrency issue caused by the 
RaceListener.raceRemoved calls being fired concurrently. Removing any
left TrackedRace is now done after the RaceListener is guaranteed to be
removed to ensure that no removal events are received afterwards.

Steffen Schaefer 9f7da4f2fe Bug 4408: Implemented DefaultMode as AbstractRaceBoardMode to be used if 
no specific mode is given. DefaultMode initializes the TimeSlider to
start playing at startOfTracking. Formerly, the TimeSlider wasn't
correctly initialized if no mode is active.

Steffen Schaefer 3573098c17 Bug 4371: Trying to fix startTracking. It was broken due to the fact 
that the RaceLogDenoteForTrackingEvent and RaceLogStartTrackingEvent
could have the same timepoint which lead to a non deterministic sort
order of the racelog events which then caused the tracking state to be
identified as AWAITING_RACE_DEFINITION if the denotation was found as
the last event.
