Axel Uhl 34fd2310e9 bug5137: implemented new ORC PCS leg type "WINDWARD_LEEWARD_REAL_LIVE"; 
allows users to choose to calculate with "constructed course" while the
race is live for better live precision, and WINDWARD_LEEWARD for more precision
in final results
