Axel Uhl c3c65759a0 jetty-9.4.53: trying to remove javax.xml.bind bundle (2.2.0) and jaxb-api bundle; 
they seem to be of conflicting versions (2.2.0 vs. 2.3.0), and neither
should be required for Java8 builds where javax.xml.bind is part of the
JDK still. When this ever gets merged to master, merging into docker-17
should be expected to fail, and at least jaxb-api would then need to be
added again. We can only hope this will not cause problems with the
Tycho Surefire Selenium tests again, but at least starting from Java 11
the ambiguity with javax.xml.bind should be gone.

This is a final version. It adds some changes in the protocol used to exchange live data. It will be necessary to use
 this version to receive live data from the 19/20/2023. It also changes the signatures of some interfaces, breaking
 the backward compatibility. These interfaces are:

    - Removing the method IControlPassingsListener.gotControlPassings(IRaceCompetitor,IControlPassings). This method is not called by the
    implementation. The classes that implement this interface have to update their implementations removing this method. There is
    another method with the same name that includes timestamp.
    - Updating the methods of the IPositionFactory. This factory should be used only internally so the thirds party apps should
    not be affected

1) Features
    - The IPosition has a new method to get the true heading (getTrueHeading) (Requested by Radek Masnica, 2023)
    - Adding two new entry statuses: STP and SCP  (Requested by Radek Masnica, 2023)

2) Bugs
    - Updating the protocol to send/receive messages between the dataserver and the library.
    - Fixing a bug when the route is updated and it has not metadata attached (reported by Jorge Piera, 11/11/2023)

Axel Uhl 35cf88cfa6 jetty-9.4.53: adding org.eclipse.osgi as required bundle to those bundles exposed to javax.xml.bind; 
hoping that this will lead to an unambiguous resolution of
javax.xml.bind when com.sun.jersey now resolves javax.xml.bind from
org.eclipse.osgi (which means from the JDK for a Java-1.8.profile)
