Axel Uhl 8c72ab2bd4 in testGetCertificate also try reference number for previous year; 
this can help early in the year when there are few or no certificates yet for the
current year and the lookup by boat name fails due to encoding issues for special
characters leading to deviations between the certificate itself and the database
master data for that certificate

Axel Uhl d4ecf30c29 remove Alias(Factory)? stuff from Selenium project; 
this lets us remove an old version of cglib which is no longer supported
and doesn't work with Java 17. The usages have been re-designed to use
the regular cell table entry iteration methods without problems.

Axel Uhl 8a8a6a6f2b removing ThreadPoolWithThreadLocalsTest; 
it was useful as long as our specialized thread pools were trying to
copy inheritable thread locals to pool threads; since we removed this
functionality, this test is no longer needed

Axel Uhl 8fa86f9ae7 build patched GWT from branch issue-7987-compatibility-with-issue-9584; 
this then already includes pull request https://github.com/gwtproject/gwt/pull/9791
which fixes https://github.com/gwtproject/gwt/issues/9584. After the Mockito upgrade
this was the last known place where illegal reflection could have prompted a
warning in Java 11 and an error in Java 17 unless --add-opens was used which
we're trying to avoid.

Axel Uhl 562e3a8a47 in EnumMapUtil try first to do a regular class resolution, only then resort to Thread's context class loader; 
tests had failed with a ClassCastException which was probably due to the
use of a different class loader; using standard resolution first is more
conservative now, and the thread context class loader then works only as
a last resort

Axel Uhl 021fc81ed4 cleanly removing Race/TrackedRace from DomainFactory in tearDown; 
this could help avoid failures in CourseUpdateTest where we can see an
unexpected waypointRemoved callback being logged for the CP1 waypoint
just added, and this most likely leads to the test failure. Perhaps the
tracked race, race and course were accidentally re-used across test
executions.

Axel Uhl d53c81de97 improved logging in GenericCellTablePO.createEntry to find out more about test failures; 
TestLeaderboardConfiguration.testDynamicRaceDeletion fails with 4%
probability when it cannot obtain the DataEntryPO objects for the races
in the series table after deleting one race column from that series. The
log so far ("Can't create DataEntry of type DataEntryPO") suggests that
something went wrong while trying to invoke the constructor.
I've added logging for all exceptions caught in the process of
stepping through the superclasses in case finally no constructor
was found or none terminated normally.
