Axel Uhl 6d9f3f73c3 a fix for bug 2511 comment #4. An exception in LiveLeaderboardUpdater.run() is notified to getLiveLeaderboard(...), unblocks it and re-throws as ExecutionException; 
this may end up in the onFailure callback of GetLeaderboardByName where it is set as a browser status.

Axel Uhl 066b6daca4 added "boolean preemptive" parameter to Tracker.stop() method, passing it through for TracTracRaceTrackerImpl; 
using it to stop trackers immediately when clearing RacingEventService for initial load, as well as when the
timeout expires or when the regatta is untracked.
