updated setup-sailing-server.sh script so it copies imageupgrade[_functions].sh to /usr/local/bin;
...
the imageupgrade_functions.sh script is now expected to be in the path for
mountnvmeswap, to find a partition eligible for swapping to.

this was only partly a regression; strange that it worked before because
the e.getResults() on the submit complete event may have delivered

the form submit completion response in new Chrome versions is enclosed

Revert "upgraded TracAPI from 3.15.3 to 3.15.4";
...
TracAPI 3.15.4 turns out to cause client-side deadlocks. TracTrac
recommends reverting to 3.15.3 for now until the deadlocks have been
fixed.
