Axel Uhl 827dd74fcf sort releases by published_at, not created_at; 
The created_at time stamps sometimes seem bizarrly equal, even for
builds started after one another. It seems more reliable to sort
those releases by their published_at time point which captures when
the release artifacts were actually added to the release.
