Wrapper functionality for error checking and polling (ssh, curl, aws). Create instance scenario. Force parameter to skip user input and user default values. SSH key file use if provided else use standard ssh key. TODO: name convention security group, image id (auto discovery). TODO: Tail replicas of master in separate tmux windows.
