calculate total course change based on individual fixes between approximation points to check for >180deg course change;
...
this finds Philipp's penalty circle with -719deg total course change, meaning that both circles were grouped into
one maneuver. The next step will be to cut this into two penalty circles

a fix for bug 2511 comment #4 . An exception in LiveLeaderboardUpdater.run() is notified to getLiveLeaderboard(...), unblocks it and re-throws as ExecutionException;
...
this may end up in the onFailure callback of GetLeaderboardByName where it is set as a browser status.
