Axel Uhl a715d8ddad fixed flag names for Race Manager App; 
used to be CDATA fields, probably due to the occurrence of the &
caracter in the string; I changed to & and removed the CData,
hoping that translation will pick it up now and produce good results
also for languages such as Russian

Axel Uhl 64c841db1a for MEDIA_TRACK creation, create ownership, then do check; 
the special challenge here is that the media track's ID is generated
only by inserting it into the database. Only after that can the check be
performed whether the creation was allowed. The object then has to be
removed from the DB again, so it will have appeared shortly although the
user did not have the corresponding permission.

Axel Uhl 82786a38ae fixed initialization of AccessControlStore internal structures after initial load; 
the userToOwnership and userGroupToOwnership structures weren't
correctly filled because of a missing call to
internalSetOwnershipAndMapUserAndUserGroupToOwnership for cleanly
updating the internal structures. This caused problems when deleting
users or groups in replication scenarios.

Axel Uhl 6324c97499 bug5063: use convertToCompetitorWithOptionalBoatDTO instead of convertToCompetitorDTO; 
during the construction of convertToCompetitorWithOptionalBoatDTO the
CompetitorAndBoatStore.convertToCompetitorDTO method was used. This
always produces CompetitorDTO objects, even for CompetitorWithBoat
server objects. This leads to ClassCastExceptions in the client.

Axel Uhl 89e8bef9c8 Revert "removed PluginNature from our OSGi bundles; they are not Eclipse plugins"; 
according to https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=544977#c21 the
scenario of using the ManifestBuilder without setting the PluginNature is
not a supported scenario. Besides, it doesn't help to get rid of the new
Eclipse warning regarding non-exported packages.

This reverts commit 063484e29f.
