Axel Uhl 9bd042288e refactored ChartsPanel into Component with separate settings infrastructure; 
A new MultiChartsPanel emulates the previous behavior with multiple charts. ChartsPanel was renamed
to ChartPanel and doesn't show a chart type selection in its settings component. Not tested, probably
doesn't work yet, but at least it compiles in Eclipse.

Axel Uhl b5c493b929 more ideas for confidence-based speeds and bearings; 
probably another re-design will be required in order to extract confidence as an attachment/tag
which can non-invasively attached to any kind of object. This wouldn't require any changes to the
existing speed/distance/bearing objects

Axel Uhl 6094dd1b30 trying a smarter way of dealing with the startToNextMarkDirection cache in TrackedRaceImpl; 
the previous approach seems to have caused way too many task creations with a synchronized single-threaded
executor which had nothing to do but create, register and unregister cache invalidation listeners.
Now the class holds a map of cache invalidation listeners for the buoys of the first two waypoints.
This structure is updated when the waypoint sequence changes. Cache invalidations don't cause
changes in the listener structure.
