Fabian Schwarz-Fritz b4f8e9c710 Corrected assertions for test that tests if the stopTrackingMethod works 
correctly.
Added a test that checks if a race is removed correctly if the removeRace
method is called.
Added a test that checks if a tracker is removed when the removed race was
the last race, tracked by the raceTracker.

when clicking on the icons, the Sites are always openede in a new browser

Fabian Schwarz-Fritz 93a07d70ab Added the buoild of the strucutre in RacingEventSErviceImpl. Now the

library to required bundles, because the RacingEventServiceimpl contains
that json library.

internationalization in leaderboard config table, column "Is tracked"
Corrected german property for stringConstant "Is tracked".
Added an AbstractEventMangementPanel for correct structure of
SwissTimingEventManagementPanel, TracTracEventManagementPanel, and other
Panels eventually coming in the future.
