Axel Uhl b351d52248 new authentication for Selenium tests after RESTlets no longer produce JSESSIONID sessions; 
a CreateSessionServlet has been added to the /sailingserver/test-support
context which is only available during Selenium testing, together with
the clearState support

Axel Uhl d8c2cf8cd3 upgraded target platform to newer MongoDB driver from org.eclipse.orbit; 
A 3.x driver is required to connect to Microsoft Azure Cosmos. Upgrading
the target platform accordingly requires further upgrades, including Hamcrest
and JUnit libraries. This, in turn, deprecates or obsoletes numerous APIs,
parts of which that caused compilation *errors* I've replaced by their new
counterparts. Several more warnings still remain and need to be tackled by
replacing the usages to their new counterparts.

Steffen Schaefer 158df922a7 Bug 4693: Fixed cookie handling for multi window setup. Dependent on the 
browser it was possible that the session cookie could not be set due to
origin problems.

Steffen Schaefer e98e425315 Bug 4693: It seems that ie.ensureCleanSession does not ensure a clean 
session for each test. That's why we need to manually delete the session
cookie.
