Axel Uhl 9cfe44389e assuming ControlPoint's P1.UUID and P2.UUID to be the result of java.util.UUID.toString() that parse using UUID.fromString(); 
This has been confirmed by Jorge from TracTrac in a Skype message on 2013-04-22T10:55:00+02

Axel Uhl c1d179e9ce bug 1348: use a fetcher pattern for the size of Leaderboard.getCompetitors() so it doesn't get computed unnecessarily; 
this isn't the full solution to bug 1348 which would require smart caching with tricky cache invalidation,
particularly for meta-leaderboards. But it helps for all LowPoint scoring schemes.

Axel Uhl 0bf63c7530 fixing bug 1349; DynamicTrackedRace held back triggers for the maneuver cache when the race was in state LOADING; 
This was superceded by the change to suspend and resume the caches while the race is in state LOADING.
However, when suspended, triggers need to be sent to the cache, or else it won't start an update for
those keys when resumed.

Note that this commit does not fix the "side-show" issue of prematurely switching a race to TRACKING state
even if there are events left in its queue.
