Simon Pamies 8fe6cc7d0a Removed locak assertion - it can't no longer detect if caller has taken write lock because a088724dea switched to cacheLock that is managed by LockUtil - as startSchedulerForCacheRefresh is only called by scheduleCacheRefresh and it takes a write lock the assertion is obsolete 2013-11-18 23:39:58 -02:00

Simon Pamies de7c2a2b9d It can happen that for some unknown reason the hashmap containing the 
racelogs has not been initialized (yet). Avoid NPE and make sure
that racelogs are stored correctly.

Simon Pamies f4a5aab6cc Reverted a5b5c2e40f - didn't read the 
introduction properly - bug 1345 still holds as we're not talking about
FINISHED state but a TRACKING state that does not properly indicates
that there could be still data missing.

Simon Pamies 15715a3e7e It should never happen that the loading progress decreases over time. 
But this happens and seems to be a bug in the TracAPI when loading many
races concurrently. The only possible fix on our side is to stop the
trackers for this race and notify the user.
