Axel Uhl 1636170a89 Bug 1372: allow play in replay mode for live races only if canReplayDuringLiveRaces URL parameter is set to true; 
The parameter is set to true for all accesses from within the AdminConsole. It is also propagated through
Spectator.html and LeaderboardGroupPanel.
