Conflicts:
	java/com.sap.sailing.domain.tractracadapter/src/com/sap/sailing/domain/tractracadapter/impl/RaceHandleImpl.java

The conflict was caused by the fix that avoids null values being part of the collection returned by RaceHandleImpl.getRaces(...).
This has a relationship with bug 1903 (Change RacesHandle to RaceHandle).

Axel Uhl e19209a61c in addition to the race column names for which to load details, added a parameter addOverallDetails 
that controls whether a leaderboardDTO shall have overall details; the leaderboard cache and the
LiveLeaderboardUpdater consider this parameter in how they cache their DTOs.

Axel Uhl 7a5c00609a fixing bug 896 by providing Timer.isInitialized() and not loading the leaderboard for an uninitialized timer; 
the duplicate loading for the null time point in the Leaderboard.html entry point still persists; we would need
a smarter way of identifying that the offset adjustment which is causing the second load during the callback
wouldn't really required another load with null at basically the same time point, but the difficulty is that
then the timer's notion of live time and the leaderboard contents would deviate. Assuming that the null time
point is handled efficiently by the live leaderboard DTO cache, I think we can live with this.

Axel Uhl cff0fbbde3 updated the ESS 2013 Florianopolis Race 1 data from the TracTrac web site; see bug 1782; 
"static" coordinates of marks are now computed based on the time-wise "nearest" fix, not based on the
last fix before the start of the race which can be far too old.
