Axel Uhl 2e48a95026 to stabilize TestConnectorsResultImportUrls, catch StaleElementReferenceException; 
when this exception is thrown, catch it and return null for the table
entry looked for; this is intended to cause the waitUntil method to try
again instead of failing with the exception

adding a 1s sleep shall overcome what probably are event
loop timing issues in an asynchronous GWT RPC

Axel Uhl 173aae736c adding a dummy action with name "release" that triggers when release.yml does not; 
this way we will have a PR get approved by a "release" check action run
even if all changes are ignored by the real release.yml workflow
definition.
