Lennart Hensler db47f7cd29 Minor cleanup of the TVEntryPoint

Extracted a constant for the leaderboard name.
Replaced Window.Location.getParameter with
GwtHttpRequestUtils.getBooleanParameter for the boolean parameters. This
allows declaring a default value.
