Axel Uhl cee38e8c8d look up servlet resources in the gwt.ui bundle under war/ to find them in the jar; 
this solves the RPC serialization / deserialization problem

Axel Uhl 1009399013 don't keep all time points for all steps in the CompetitorsAndTimePointsDAO object; 
only keep start time, time of latest event and number of steps in the object and reproduce
the individual time points only on demand
