Pings sent from server on sync do not transport the standard '1'm accuracy all the time, instead the CheckingManager can deal with the value missing; stores them with -1 accuracy, this gets checked in MarkAdapter and is displayed as n/a on the UI

added functionality to display 'unknown' as accuracy for marks where the server returns 1m (which means not set by the user, no local database entry with real accuracy for that ping)

cleaned some more inside the android.shared package regarding google play services, they are not needed in there anymore. Tested with all 3 apps - everything fine
