Axel Uhl f0edc68a64 adjusted start levels so that old start order before commit 860820eef2 is maintained; 
the changes of commit 860820eef2 caused
the RacingEventServiceImpl to start reading the DB contents such as the
RegattaLogs before other required service bundles were activated and had
their services registered, particularly the racelogtrackingadapter
bundle with its device ID serializer/de-serializer. This leads to
ClassCastExceptions while loading RegattaLogs with respective structured
device IDs in the events because a default de-serializer tries a
conversion to a String, holding a MongoDB Document in hand

Axel Uhl d8c2cf8cd3 upgraded target platform to newer MongoDB driver from org.eclipse.orbit; 
A 3.x driver is required to connect to Microsoft Azure Cosmos. Upgrading
the target platform accordingly requires further upgrades, including Hamcrest
and JUnit libraries. This, in turn, deprecates or obsoletes numerous APIs,
parts of which that caused compilation *errors* I've replaced by their new
counterparts. Several more warnings still remain and need to be tackled by
replacing the usages to their new counterparts.
