Udo Wessels 0e5f582ff5 bug5774: removed security check from expandable sortable columns to enable the default handling of premium settings. 
- cleaned up some logs and todo's
- removed default premium DetailTypes, because they would now be active also without premium rights.

Udo Wessels 59490f04fd bug5774: added the support and handling of default values to SailingPremiumCheckBox and PremiumCheckBox 
- cleaned up initialization of secured setting objects (removed redundant setting of paywall resolver, securedDTO if settings object is already one with security context)
- removed specific premiumLeaderboardPermissions handling from LeaderboardPanel, because visibility of premium objects is now handled by settings correctly. This handling was blocking the usage of default premium settings.

Udo Wessels b6a5a3522b bug5774: The changes on AbstractGenericSerializableSettings are reverted and therefore another AbstractGenericSerializableSettingsWithContext was created instead. This prevent us to be forced to initialize every settings object with a security context even if it is not needed. Now we only use the ...WithContext in cases where we really need it to work with secured settings in the addChildSettings method. 
There are still some places to work on e.g. where the secured DTO's are not in place when we init a settings with context. They are marked with TODO bug5774.
Also the secured ENUM setting needs some attention...

In LiveRaceWithRacemapAndLeaderBoardPresenterImpl there is already a change were we get a StrippedLeaderboardDTO to init context object correctly and which can be used for authorization check later.
