...
this makes it more likely to suspend maneuver analysis while inserting
fixes loaded through TracAPI, and hence the incorrect splitting of a
penalty circle into multiple maneuvers

fixed security and session handling in Data Mining;
...
so far, user sessions were not properly propagated to the executor tasks
/ instructions used to run in particular the data retrieval process.
With this, checking for the current subject/user session was a random
process. This is now fixed by attaching the subject to each instruction
before handing it to the executor
