Sohaib Baig 9a519ba8c6 wip: maneuvers stored more distributedly to overcome mongo limit 
Documents in maneuvers were not smaller than the mongo bson max size
limit. They were stored each with (event name, race name) forming a
composite key. Per document, a maneuvers property held maneuvers for
every competitor per this key in an array.

This array was split up by competitor, competitor ID was added to the
composite key for documents of the collection. Now the composite key for
the document is more like (event name, race name, competitor ID) and
this split should make the documents severally smaller.

A migration script has also been added.

remaining: create a mental model for how fingerprints are working/continue to work/need to be migrated
