Corrected german property for stringConstant "Is tracked".
Added an AbstractEventMangementPanel for correct structure of
SwissTimingEventManagementPanel, TracTracEventManagementPanel, and other
Panels eventually coming in the future.

Fabian Schwarz-Fritz 547715f297 User RaceNameProvider to get the race name in ManeuverCOuntRaceColumn. 
That was necessary, because doing it with a String raceName does not work.

Fabian Schwarz-Fritz 288c7186cf Added search box for tracked races. Now its possible to search in tracked 
races. Every item that contains one of the keywords of the textbox
(multiple keywords have to be separated with a blank) is listed in tracked
race table. The keyword is searched in the event name, the name of the
boat class and the race name.

Fabian Schwarz-Fritz 2faab12b3a Corrected initial selection of checkboxes in racemap panel. Now only the 
checkboxes for the maneuvers tack, jibe, mark passing and penalty circle
are selected by default.

Fabian Schwarz-Fritz e51b047b53 Made Douglas Peucker points and maneuvertypes selectable with checkboxes. 
Now it is possible to selecte maneuvers and douglaspeucker point results
via checkboxes at the same time.
A problem, still existing is that the douglas peucker points and maneuver
points on the google map overlay each other depending on the order the
user checks the checkboxes.

Fabian Schwarz-Fritz a3cd6f8813 Renamed RaceDialog. Added Method to LeaderboardDAO. 
ModifiedLeaderboardConfigPanel: This panel now works with LeaderboardDAO
and RaceInLeaderboardDAO. Changed RaceInLeaderboardDialog: This class is
now using a RaceInLeaderboard to edit the changes a selected race.

Fabian Schwarz-Fritz dfaab68fb9 Corrected remove and display of douglas peucker mark points. Points are 
now only displayed if you the paused mode of the google map race map is
selected. Points are automatically remove when you activate the play mode
again.

Fabian Schwarz-Fritz 47f095a3f5 Enabling and disabling of race columns while being not in auto-refresh 
mode workd. RaceColumn selection checkboxes in leaderboard panel are now
displayed in a separate panel on the right side of the settings widget.

Fabian Schwarz-Fritz ea9f6944db Successfully can show/hide racecolumns. Monving of columns does work, but 
leg columns are not toggled again if they were toggled before moving the
column.
