avoid explicit cast to Double in Mongo persistence adapters; cast to Number instead and use doubleValue();
...
this should fix issues with wind databases after export/import where it seems that an exported even double
value is imported again as an Integer object instead of the Double that it originally was written as.

...
Additional fixes were required in WindChart to avoid overwriting the existing series with the new
partial data. Solved by introducing an "append" parameter.

added synchronization to WindTrackImpl.add again since it seems not to have been at fault; added threads:
...
One thread per listener in the UDPReceiver. They each have a bounded queue and wait for incoming
messages with a timeout. They are stopped when the listener unsubscribes.
